Herring In Sour Cream recipe (Snack)

Ingredients

6		herring fillets
1	cup	sour cream
1		onion
some		scallions, chives and parsley
1		hard boiled egg

Instructions

Cut herrind into bite size pieces and cover with sour cream. Sprinkle with onion, scallions or chives. Garnish with parsley and chopped egg. This is eaten as a snack or a light meal with hot, cooked potatoes in their skins.
