Instructions
Heat oil in a medium pot or skillet on medium high heat. Add onions, cumin chili powder and red pepper flakes. Cook for several minutes, stirring often then add garlic. Continue cooking and stirring mixture is very fragrant. Add the celery, bell pepper and carrots. When the vegetables begin to soften, add the oregano salt and black pepper. Continue cooking and stir a few minutes
