Chicken Parsley Salad recipe (Salad)

YOU'LL NEED
1   chicken breast
1   handful of chopped parsley
Sauce:
2   chopped cloves of garlic
7 tablespoons soya sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons sugar

Instructions

Boil the chicken breast in water for 20 minutes. Take it out and let it cool down. Use your hands to shred the chicken in fine shreds. Put chopped parsley on top of chicken.
For the sauce, mix all the sauce ingredients together. Let it stand for 30 minutes. Pour the sauce onto the salad.
