Grilled Shrimp Panzanella Salad recipe (Seafood)

YOU'LL NEED
1 lb large shrimp
6   slices day-old bread
8 oz red cherry tomatoes
8 oz yellow teardrop tomatoes
1/3 cups pitted kalamata olives
¼ cups chopped fresh basil
½ cups sherry vinegar
¼ cups olive oil
some   salt and pepper
1   garlic clove

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Whisk together sherry vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt and ground pepper in a small bowl. Toss shrimp with 2 tablespoons of the vinaigrette. Grill shrimp, covered with grill lid, 2 min. on each side. Grill bread slices 1 min. on each side. Cut bread into 1-inch cubes. Combine bread, shrimp, tomatoes, olives, and basil in a large bowl; add remaining vinaigrette, and toss well.
