Mashed Potatoes recipe (Garnish)

YOU'LL NEED
Yield: 12 servings

lb red potatoes
lb Idaho potatoes
10 oz butter or butter substitute like Move Over
1 cup bottled horseradish sauce
cups whipping cream or whole milk
some   salt and ground black pepper

Instructions

Wash potatoes well, leaving the skins on, and cut in half. Transfer to a large pot or kettle and cover with water. Bring to a boil, lower heat to a simmer, and cook until very tender, about 25 min.

Drain potatoes well. Do not peel them. Add butter, horseradish sauce, milk, salt, and pepper and mash until creamy but still slightly lumpy.
