Pork Liver with Mushrooms recipe (Lunch)
Instructions
Saute onion, garlic and ginger in oil. Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from pan. Quickly fry liver in 2 batches then add the mushrooms. Add oyster sauce, sugar, water and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 2 minutes. Serve with steamed rice.
