Southwest Pork Kabobs recipe (Meat)
Instructions
Place cubes of pork in medium bowl. In small bowl, combine seasonings with olive oil and red wine vinegar and mix. Pour over pork, toss to coat, then cover and refrigerate for 2-8 hours. Prepare and preheat grill. Thread pork cubes alternately with vegetables on 8" metal skewers. Grill skewers 4-6" from medium heat source for 14-18 minutes, turning once and brushing frequently with reserved marinade.
