Billy's Oysters is a seafood billy's recipe created of butter room temperature, oysters shucked with liquor, chives finely chopped, some salt and pepper, paprika, worchestershire sauce, parmesan cheese freshly grated, bread crumbs dry, heavy cream, parsley finely chopped, celery salt, nutmeg, and some tabasco sauce to taste.
