Pork and Pepper Stew is a meat grease recipe created of bacon grease, pounds pork tenderloin cut into 1/2 inch strips, butter, onions thinly sliced, all-purpose flour, paprika, green bell pepper cut into strips, red bell pepper cut into strips, yellow bell pepper cut into strips, fresh jalapeno peppers sliced into rings, beef stock, tomato paste, large cloves garlic peeled and minced, salt, and bay leaf.
